FreshMinds was already subletting part of the space. At the end of the sublease, FreshMinds wanted to continue renting the building.
FreshMinds then asked Redept to negotiate a new lease with landlord Achmea. This resulted in FreshMinds being able to rent the entire 6th floor of Tower 5 on market terms. FreshMinds’ business continuity was crucial. We sorted that for them, and at a lower cost than before!
