NN opts for new space in Landmark Arnhem
Redept advised Nationale-Nederlanden in negotiating a long-term lease agreement for approximately 8,400 m² of office space in Landmark Arnhem for the accommodation of its activities in this region. Owner Gelrepark BV (a joint venture of Renschdael Groep and Dutch City Development) and tenant Nationale-Nederlanden reached an agreement on a lease term of 10 years. The proximity of various public transport options, the BREEAM and WELL-ready certification of the building and the A++ energy label played an important role in the decision to sign a new agreement for 10 years. Redept negotiated the new lease agreement in collaboration with Stibbe, under which NN will largely move to tower D, which was recently renovated by the landlord.
