On behalf of Alliander Next Grid the existing demise was extended by 740 m²
In 2021, Redept leased part of the 3rd floor in Building 026 on behalf of Alliander Next Grid. In 2025, the leased space was expanded to include the remaining part of the floor. The Next Grid companies QTerra, Entrnce, and Firan were already based in the building. Now, there is room for further growth as Next Grid continues to play a key role in the energy transition.
Redept renegotiated the existing contracts and secured a new lease agreement for nearly 3,000 m² of office space in the former library building, which was transformed into a sustainable and modern multi-tenant office building in 2015/2016.
Redept is clear in its formulation and pays attention to the interests of the parties in the process. In doing so, it uses clear legal frameworks and does not neglect to discuss issues that are unclear. The result that was achieved fully met the objective and an optimisation was also achieved in respect of previous agreements in the project. The legal aspects were completed in a very satisfactory manner.
