FedEx leases a 16,000 m² logistic warehouse to expand its Express operation at Schiphol.
The cross-dock facility comprises a 16,000 m² warehouse with 4,000 m² of offices, located next to the airport in Schiphol-Zuidoost. Owner ProLogis will upgrade the property before FedEx moves in in the second half of 2024. Redept assisted FedEx in its search and negotiated a long-term lease agreement with the FedEx team at market conditions. The technical due diligence was performed by Deerns, and FedEx received legal assistance from Stibbe.
