Redept negotiated an early departure of FedEx from the approximately 3,400 m² building with the new owner.
When the building was purchased by a data center operator, the lease was immediately terminated by the new owner. The new owner intended to use the building itself. Redept was succesful in contracting alternative accommodation and simultaneously negotiated a very favorable surrender with the new owner on behalf of FedEx. This allowed FedEx to terminate the lease agreement early, so that double rent did not have to be paid.
