Critical Needs
- 1500-2000 m2 (this may be slightly smaller or larger depending on internal configuration, location, etc.)
- Approx. 50/50 office space and warehouse space
- Truck access (Overhead door, ideally a space for interior parking for a truck)
- Zoning for lab, specimens, medical
- Internal Freight elevator, if above ground floor
- Separate HVAC or ability to add it
- Quieter location with more privacy towards the back where the trucks arrive- Private area for loading/unloading of vehicles
- 24/365 access for employees
- Ability to allow client access at our discretion 24/365
- Parking for a minimum of 10 vehicles outside the front door
- If all windows, ability to tint, mirror or otherwise make opaque from the outside
- Near public transportation
- Power supply and floor structure for large walk-in freezers, heavy equipment, etc
- Building owners who understand and respect the nature of our business and the privacy required
- Hotels and restaurants nearby
Preferences
- Higher ceilings for office space – 3m ceiling height
- Docking bay
- Within 20 minute drive of Schiphol
- Within 30 minutes of Amsterdam by car or public transit
- Business Park over Industrial areas – appearance matters, even from the outside
- Ability to display company logo outside building
- Near Medical Area
