Redept negotiates new lease for courthouse in Leiden

As a consequence of the geographical reorganisation of the local courts the small claims court in Leiden required extra space. Redept negotiated a new long term rental agreement for the Government Buildings Service whereby the extra space was realised and the financial and rental conditions were significantly improved.

The Central Government Real Estate Agency works for and on behalf of the Dutch State.
