Following Redept's acquisition of its Amsterdam location in record tempo in 2010, in 2014 it was time to review the accommodation costs. Redept renegotiated the rental agreement on the basis of 'blend and extend'; whereby a saving of around EUR 100,000 relative to the existing situation was negotiated.
