Redept carried out a detailed analyse in cooperation with SURE Vastgoed into the alternative locations for the future Language and Culture Centre that will arise from the merger of DOK (the Delft public library) and the education activities of the VAK (the academy for the arts). Partly as a result of the analyse the municipal council decided to accommodate the joint organisation in the existing library property at Vesteplein 100.
