Redept supported the SVB in 2017 with compiling its real estate strategy. Interviews were held with managers from various disciplines and the real estate portfolio was analysed leading to the resulting strategy that enables the real estate portfolio to support the needs of the primary process.
Redept produced a clear report that led to the Board of Directors adopting a new real estate strategy for SVB.
