Redept sold the office and business premises on behalf of IMI to the owner of the adjacent industrial space.
The sale of the office and business premises of approximately 1,700 m² was due to the relocation of IMI to a new location in Bodegraven, as a result of which the building was no longer needed. Redept conducted the sales negotiations and assisted the vendor in the due diligence using the sales portal Vendr.
