Redept has renegotiated the lease for approximately 2,700 m2 of warehouse and approximately 600 m2 of office space in Ridderkerk on behalf of FedEx Express.
FedEx has been leasing the property since 2006 and Redept negotiated competitive terms. A new long-term lease has been concluded, in which tenant and landlord made agreements about investments in sustainability measures.
