Redept advised ACE on the renewal and extension of the lease for its office space in Eindhoven.
On behalf of engineering firm ACE, Redept renegotiated the lease for its office space in the Metzpoint II building in Eindhoven. In addition to the fact that Redept negotiated lease terms in line with the market, the leased property was also expanded to 1,629 m² of office space with 54 parking spaces.
ACE Ingenieurs- en Adviesbureau, with more than two hundred engineers in four locations, is active in the product development, automotive, industrial automation, high-tech systems and construction technology segments.
