Redept advised the KinderRijk Foundation on the purchase of a new location for after-school care (BSO).
In order to expand its number of locations, the KinderRijk Foundation purchased a building of approximately 315 m². Part of the purchase also included a building right of approximately 53 m² of outdoor area and a right of use of approximately 365 m². The location was previously used by Kinderdagverblijf Mirakel, which closed its doors at this location at the beginning of 2024. Redept advised KinderRijk in the negotiation of the purchase conditions and the purchase agreement with the seller and the negotiation of the building and use agreement for the outdoor area with the municipality of Amstelveen.
KinderRijk is an organisation specialised in daycare, out-of-school care, pre-school care and foster care in the City of Amstelveen. KinderRijk has been in existence for more than 45 years.
