Redept negotiated an agreement with the landlord for early termination of the lease.
The JoHo Company still had a long lease period remaining for a building of approximately 1,100 m² in the centre of The Hague. The building had many structural defects, but the agreement allows JoHo to leave the building earlier. Redept negotiated an early termination with the landlord and the lease agreement was ended, which enabled JoHo to realise significant savings and prevent a dispute over defects (also for the landlord). A win-win situation!
