As a result of the consolidation of activities and hybrid working, Redept assisted insightsoftware with the lease termination of its office space in Utrecht.
Redept’s work consisted of prematurely terminating the rental agreement and coordinating the move to the remaining insightsoftware locations in Gouda and Tilburg, as well as delivering the property in good condition to the landlord. The assignment was carried out in collaboration with Cresa Portland.
