Redept advised Epic Systems on the purchase of the representative office building Le Pavillon at Stationsplein 50 in 's-Hertogenbosch.
The office has a floor area of approximately 5,056 m² GFA, features a private parking garage with 50 spaces, and boasts an A+ energy label. A solid foundation for a future-proof office!
Currently, the building is fully leased to Avans University of Applied Sciences, but once it vacates, Epic will tailor the building to its specific needs and requirements. The result? A stunning office within walking distance of all amenities in the city centre, easily accessible from Schiphol, where all Epic employees will work together in their new ‘forever home’ starting at the end of 2027.
Redept was responsible for the commercial advice and was supported by M Moser Associates, who ensured that the technical requirements set by Epic for its new headquarters were met.
