Redept advised Bureau ICE on the flexible extension of its lease in Culemborg.
Because the new owner had terminated the lease to redevelop the building into a residential function, the need arose to look for a new location. In order to enable a smooth relocation, a flexible lease extension has been agreed, which means that Bureau ICE can move in with its parent company Malmberg without interruption.
