Redept advised Benthem Crouwel Architekten in acquiring its new office in Diemen.
For the new office, BCA was looking for a great place with a special character and a pleasant outdoor space with a preference for having its own building. After looking at various buildings in Amsterdam that were all ‘not quite’, the choice fell on a building just outside Amsterdam, in Diemen. The former film studio had recently been redeveloped into an office building and offered a large space on one floor with a very large adjacent garden and parking lot. The property has an area of approximately 1,318 m² on a plot of more than 2,800 m².
Redept accompanied Benthem Crouwel on viewings, made various financial analyses, advised on contract negotiations and on the implementation of due diligence.
