For MBO Utrecht Redept renegotiated the rental agreement whereby the demise was virtually halved to around 1.600 m². Not only could the space be used more efficiently but the rent was significantly reduced and the rental conditions were made more flexible and tenant-friendly.
Redept is well aware of the risks associated with the sale of social real estate. Redept's contribution to policy preparation, decision-making and implementation is good.
