Redept renegotiated and extended the rental agreement of this stand-alone office building of around 2,200 m2 and 60 parking spaces on behalf of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
At the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences there are around 39,000 students and some 4,000 staff. The education offer consists of a wide assortment in all sectors, except agricultural. The education is closely alligned with urban developments in the Rotterdam region.
