Following the split of the Amarantis Education Group and a reshuffle of the college locations this 3,000 m² location in Maarssen became surplus to requirements. Redept negotiated the surrender of the rental agreement on attractive conditions. As a result the real estate portfolio was significantly reduced with an equivalent reduction in operational costs.
Redept is well aware of the risks associated with the sale of social real estate. Redept's contribution to policy preparation, decision-making and implementation is good.
