Redept has negotiated a flexible lease extension of this educational building of approximately 3,000 m2. In this way, the occupation of the building was adapted to conform with the long-term real estate strategy of the University.
At the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences there are around 39,000 students and some 4,000 staff. The education offer consists of a wide assortment in all sectors, except agricultural. The education is closely alligned with urban developments in the Rotterdam region.
