Redept heeft MBO Utrecht geadviseerd bij de verkoop van het schoolgebouw aan de Bontekoelaan 1 te Utrecht. Het pand omvat ca. 5.850 m2 op een terrein van 5.363 m2. De koper, gemeente Utrecht, zal het pand eveneens gebruiken ten behoeve van onderwijs.
