Some innovatieve companies are enrolling a new sourcing-model – the integrator-model – as a solution for this dilemma. The diffentiating factor of this role is that the integrator will take over all responsibilty for the execution, measures performance and ensures a consistent level of service delivery across a variety of suppliers.
