Redept advised Senzer on the acquisition of several commercial buildings in Helmond. The properties are partly designated for social use and are leased to, among others, SMO-Helmond, Goedhart Repro, and Elektro Vogels. Senzer is currently based next to the acquired site and purchased it strategically with a view to future accommodation plans.
The various plots are located at Engelseweg 127, 127A and 129, Churchilllaan 101, and Montgomeryplein 10 in Helmond. Together, the plots have a combined area of 11,922 m². They contain four leased properties with a total floor area of 7,025 m².
Senzer voert als werkbedrijf voor de arbeidsmarktregio Helmond-De Peel de Participatiewet uit voor zeven gemeenten. Men bedient daarmee een regio met 260.000 inwoners. Via Senzer werken ruim 2.000 mensen bij honderden bedrijven. Ook verzorgt men inkomensondersteuning voor 4.500 bijstandsgezinnen.
