Redept supported the Police in the sale of the former police station in Uithoorn to the municipality as a result of the relocation to a new location.

The property of approximately 800 m² gross floor area on a plot of approximately 935 m² is located opposite the Amstelplein shopping centre on the edge of the centre of Uithoorn. Due to the relocation of the Police to a new location on Koningin Maximalaan, the property became surplus to requirements. The municipality of Uithoorn purchased the property at a market-conform price as part of an integrated area development. Redept assisted the Police in determining the purchase price and in the negotiations with the municipality.
