After 10 years, HCCH has once again called on Redept to support the organisation.
In 2014, HCCH, with the help of Redept, concluded a lease agreement for approximately 1,200 m² of office space and 10 parking spaces in The Statesman complex in the heart of the International Zone. 10 years and three owners later, it was time for HCCH to review its accommodation again. Redept negotiated a new rental agreement, which means HCCH can look forward to the next 10 years with confidence. Instead of the original lease agreement (which was concluded on the basis of ROZ 2003), a completely new lease agreement was negotiated on market-conform conditions. Redept also supported the Permanent Bureau of HCCH in obtaining approval for the transaction at its General Members’ Meeting.
We benefited greatly from the expertise of Redept, both in renting our current office and in selling our former office building. Redept knows the market very well and made the process transparent for us in terms that were understandable to us. As an international organisation, we had to be able to justify every step of the process. Redept supported us very well in achieving supported decision-making
