Some innovatieve companies are enrolling a new sourcing-model &#8211; the integrator-model &#8211; as a solution for this dilemma. The diffentiating factor of this role is that the integrator will take over all responsibilty for the execution, measures performance and ensures a consistent level of service delivery across a variety of suppliers. In addition &#8211; it will assume overall responsibilty for the performance of the various service providers.
