The dissertation will analyse the effect of the coming changes in the area of IFRS Lease Accounting on Corporate Real Estate Management. For this he has carried together with Sjuul Baltussen (also a master student and currently intern at Deloitte) a survey into all AEX listed companies. With help from Redept&#8217;s extensive network and knowledge, Tim is attempting to make a valuable contribution to the academic research on real estate occupiers.
