Kringloop Zuid enlisted the help of Redept in divesting part of its space and extending the lease. Thanks to our involvement, it was to be possible to divide the property in such a way that partial letting became feasible. The necessary improvements to the property were also made by the landlord.
Kringloop Zuid is the result of a partnership between Stichting Werkplaats (Emmaus Hartelstein), Afvalverwijdering Limburg (AVL) and the Municipality of Maastricht. Since its foundation in 1995, KLZ has developed into a fully-fledged recycling company.
