Redept was initially called in to find a larger location for Boels Zanders Advocaten in the region. Based on the case study, Redept advised making the current lease more flexible in order to better anticipate future developments, which resulted in the extension of the lease for approximately 850 m2 of office space with a substantial rental discount and investments by the landlord.
