Redept, together with engineering firm Stevens and Van Dijck, advised Wigo4it in its search for suitable new accommodation. The market search and commercial negotiations were the responsibility of Redept. This resulted in the lease of 2,151 m2 office space above the station, a tenant-friendly rental agreements and substantial investments by the landlord.
Wigo4it is a government cooperative founded by the social services of the four major municipalities for ICT and services and is located in The Hague.
