Following the sale of the Decor Son business, the new owner investigated the status of the maintenance and set out a demarcation list. The previous owner had paid little attention to the property. Redept was able to have many things repaired by the owner of the property. The property is a large complex with a total of approx. 40,000 m2 industrial space, storage and production space and approx. 4,000 m2 office space and showroom.
Decor Son is a family business with over 40 years of experience as a wholesaler for almost all major players in the DIY market in the Benelux. The organisation, with 150 employees, supplies a wide range of over 3,000 articles. This includes: decorative wall coverings, building materials, garden assortment, insulation and tiles.
