Redept carried out a market search for the ICT Group in the Breda region for a location that is easily accessible to its employees from West Brabant and the Gorinchem area. This was located in the iconic America Tower in Oosterhout. The unit comprises 795 m2 office space near an exit of the A27, which was officially not yet on the market and was rented on favourable conditions.
ICT Group is a supplier of industrial technological solutions and services. The solutions that ICT offers its customers are software development, solutions on a project basis, the secondment of experienced and well-trained employees and services for maintaining IT systems.
