Kringloop Zuid is the result of a partnership between Stichting Werkplaats (Emmaus Hartelstein), Afvalverwijdering Limburg (AVL) and the Municipality of Maastricht. Since its foundation in 1995, KLZ has developed into a fully-fledged recycling company.
