To complement our team we are looking for a Real Estate Advisor (m/f)

What are your responsibilities?

As Real Estate Advisor you are multi-talented and make a contribution to, for instance, leasehold acquisition processes and lease renewals, compiling real estate strategies and business cases, supporting disposals, managing and cooperating with brokers and providing reporting support. Marketing and sales are also an important part of your role.

What does the role demand of you?

• You have a bachelor or masters degree (preferably economics, business, legal or real estate related subject)
• You preferably have 2 – 5 years relevant experience
• You are analytical and financially astute
• You work systematically and are capable of working concurrently on multiple projects
• You have real estate experience (preferably within the real estate department of an occupier or in commercial brokerage)
• You are enterprising and can work on assignments with minimal supervision
• You work well in a team and in a constantly changing environment (clients and stakeholders)
• You can convincingly win new business
• Your Dutch and English is excellent
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are second nature to you
• You are a Chartered Surveyor or prepared to become one
• Experience with Prince2 is an advantage.
